What You’ll NeedA USB drive (minimum 8GB)
A working PC to create the bootable USB
Stable internet connection
Windows 11 ISO file or Media Creation Tool from Microsoft
Product key (if applicable) Step 1: Download the Windows 11 Media Creation ToolVisit the official Microsoft download page .
Click on “Create Windows 11 Installation Media” .
Download and run the tool.
Accept the license terms. Step 2: Create a Bootable USB DriveInsert your USB drive.
Choose USB Flash Drive as the media type.
Select your USB from the list.
Let the tool create the installer (this may take some time). Step 3: Boot From the USBInsert the USB into the PC where you want to install Windows.
Restart the PC and press F2, F12, ESC, or DEL to enter the BIOS/boot menu (key varies by manufacturer).
Select the USB as the boot device. Step 4: Begin Windows 11 InstallationSelect your language, time, and keyboard settings, then click Next .
Click Install Now .
Enter your product key or click “I don’t have a product key” .
Choose the Windows 11 version (if prompted). Step 5: Choose Installation TypeSelect Custom: Install Windows only (advanced) for a clean install. Step 6: Partition the DriveSelect the drive where you want to install Windows.
If necessary, delete old partitions ( This will erase data).
Click Next to begin installation. Step 7: Let Windows InstallThe setup will copy files, install features, and restart several times. Allow it to complete the process.
Step 8: Set Up Windows 11Choose your region and keyboard layout.
Connect to Wi-Fi.
Sign in with a Microsoft account (or create a local account).
Customize privacy settings.
